As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

I think the agency could help more the…
I think the agency could help more the aupair before they start the process to meet a family so then the aupair will know exactly what to expect about the family and what are the things that the aupair needs to know about what she wants on a family. Also I think the agency can make more online or in person things for the aupairs so then we can meet other aupairs around us. And the last thing try to be sure the family's know what are the roles that the aupair are going to make on the family so then they are not going to make feel that the aupair is just a worker or something like a cleaning lady or full time nanny. I think the program is good ,but we can always make it better for the families and the aupairs

Awesome year
I am really enjoying my au pair year, InterExchange/AuPair USA has been so great and helpful with everything, my Local Coordinator is so nice and my host family is great. I am really enjoying my year in the US.

Generally their communication has been great, LC's keep contact and check in on us. Would have loved for insurance option to be extended instead of just 10 days after arrival though.
