Thank you, Mariana. We're glad to hear that you received all the support you needed. If you have any other questions please be sure to connect with your LC, and hopefully you'll get the chance to attend a cluster meeting to introduce yourself to them :)

I really like the attention that I got the day that I arrived to US. However they haven't contacted me to know how is everything, they have reached my host mom but not me. Also they haven't explained to me the monthly meeting it supposed they have with other au pairs

My LC Kelly has been super helpful and she’s so understanding. With all my questions and also so welcoming. My experience with au pair usa has been amazing and just with my first day in the US I had so many people ask me and my host mom what agency. Au pair usa is the way !!

Since I contacted the agency, they were always on the lookout for me. They gave me an incredible follow-up. There was always someone to answer my questions. They explained the steps to follow in detail.

Had a very good experience. Very professional, good Au Pairs on the portal, easy matching and great organizing by the agency after that. Au pair arrived as discussed, well prepared and we look forward to the time together.
