As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Very hands on
The start of our experience went smoothly. Everyone was prompt and communicated in a timely manner. They were also readily available for any questions and our local coordinator is great. After we matched, our Au Pair notified us of some things that raised an eyebrow, however once we told our team they handled it quickly even though it was late in the process.

Best au pair match out of South Africa
It was a seamless process. The only thing once I was match, I had a few questions where there was long response time. I am happy with my match and my liaison is awesome. My au pair is adjusting to the American culture.
