My experience with Robyn was excellent she was very knowledgeable in her work and patient with me which is greatly appreciated at my age. She explained to me everything I needed to know about buying extra parts for my hearing aid and also letting me know of any extras if needing to buy another hearing aid either for myself or another family member. I purchased two of these for gifts to older people who need hearing aids... the product would not stop feedback and it hurt the ears. I tried it on both ears to try and get it to work and now i'm 3 days with ear pain. The screech was so loud it was physically painful. How in the world are these even legal to sell? Wow, interesting to learn of the reviews. If i have to do video phone call to get a refund... they can go jump. It speaks volumes. My intention is to inform people so they don't get burned, I'll use AI to upload a few dozen ads showing our experience... at least, I'll get satisfaction. My ears right now are in pain. That's how bad the feedback for a minute or two was. Never in my life have i had pain like this in my ears.
