Don’t spend time , i never recommend it , it’s too bad and poor quality, also it’s not easy to use, don’t trust the ad, not true

I bought the small version a few months ago. Both stopped charging in July. I bought a new charger thinking it could be that but after plugging in, the left ear charges and the right ear doesn’t. When I drop in the ear pieces they both click in like they are supposed to do. The left one lights up red and the right one will flash red and then back to blue. The right side doesn’t charge up. The left one, which I know is out of juice stays red fir about 15 minutes and then shows blue. It’s not charging either. I emailed and they acted like I was the one who didn’t know what I was doing. But I had cleaned both ear pieces with alcohol. I want a replacement!

I ordered my EV3s om Sunday night 8/22/2021. They arrived Wednesday afternoon! Three days! Free shipping! The packaging and instruction manual was top notch. I charged them in about four hours and wore them that night. I love these hearing aids. They work better for me than my expensive ones. Congratulation to your team for putting together such a fine product and overall customer experience. Mike

Sorry, but this is the worse help site I have ever seen. All I want to get is help with my Audien hearing aid. I get garbage. If you publish this great. If you don't, I will continue to write this to your company until I get help. At this point I do not want to return you product. I am at a loss of how to contact anyone in person.

They seemed to work, I received mine yesterday so the jury is still out! When I experimented with the multiple size domes , the smaller one (bell shaped) dislodged from the hearing aid and is now inside my ear drum. Hopefully it will eventually fall out! Have you had other concerns about this problem?

When they work, my 91-year-old mother likes how much better she is able to hear. I purchased them for her in November of 2020, but they both stopped working within three months. I was able to get a replacement set. The right one worked for 3 weeks and then stopped working. The left one is now not working. I don't feel like I should try again because it's just so frustrating. I do think the on/off switch could be bigger -- and it should be able to be charged when it's on (or turn off automatically when it goes in the charger). The size of the on/off switch is problematic for my mom to see because she's got macular degeneration.

I ordered the Audien EV1 due to limited funds on a fixed income. My ability to hear is severely compromised. In short, this model did not work for me. In order to even come close to being effective, I was having to turn them up so loud that I was getting constant feedback/squealing and found them intolerable to wear. This is where they lost 1 star. However on the support side, they answered every question I sent via their support site in a very timely manner. In the end, unable to tune the aids to work properly, they provided a prepaid return label by email and within 3 days of confirming the package had been recieved, my card had been credited for the purchase amount. This is a US based operation seemingly dedicated to supporting the consumer and working quickly to resolve issues. Disappointed the aids didnt work for me, very impressed with the support I recieved.

I received a pair of your Audien hearing aids and unfortunately, I have a neurological problem and my hands always shake. I tried very hard to put these in my ears but they are so small that I could not keep hold of them to insert in my ears. They were constantly dropping. I would like to return the hearing aids but I don't know how to go about doing it. Can you please advise. Thank you, Esther Schatz
