I ordered the Audien Atom Pro and it was to big for my ears so I sent it back and ordered the Atom Pro 2 which is 28% smaller. I'm trying to get used to wearing a hearing aid but so far I've been able to wear it all day and it gets rid of the ringing (tinnitus) in my left ear. I especially like that you can change the volume right on the hearing aid itself. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on hearing aids because it's not that I can't hear but the hearing aid HAS helped get rid of the ringing in my left ear. Audien's customer service is top rate. I have an issue with very small ear canals but the representative continued to help me and suggested I try the 'overtheear' aid which I did eventually agree to. I now have these aids and they have proved most satisfactory and I am delighted with the help and assistance I received from the representative. Thank you

they dont fit fall out of my ears

Although I did not wind up keeping the hearing aids, the customer service I received from the very beginning was amazing. The Audien people helped me during ordering, and even gave me discounts. Once I received the hearing aids, they were packaged well and came with easy instructions. I had problems and someone was always there for me. When I finally decided that they were just not for me, I mailed them back and sent an email to Audien. They were so nice and I had my refund show up on my credit card the next day. I would absolutely recommend trying the Audien hearings if you are interested in them as the company is awesome and will help you each step. Thank you Audien.

Great customer service. After about six months of great service I noticed that one of my hearing aids wasn't working. I contacted customer service and after troubleshooting the product it was determined determined to be defective. The employee sent me a return sticker and went ahead and placed an order for a new one. What great service.

These hearing aids are outstanding. They're incredibly comfortable to the point where I barely notice wearing them. The battery life is commendable, lasting impressively long. Most crucially, there's a significant improvement in my hearing, particularly in environments like restaurants or areas with substantial background noise. It's a fantastic product.

Researched hearing aids, Aduien appeard to be best for money. Constant support and instructions from Day One. Follow-up support was seamless and comprehensive. Product functioned as advertised.

The individual that handled my concern was very courteous and very prompt. I could not be more pleased with the service.
