I have had my Atom X's since November, and have loved them .. truly life changing. Unfortunately, I inadvertently lost my right earpiece on a Saturday morning. I contacted Audien Support (on a Saturday evening!), got to talk to a helpful agent ... they offered several options to remedy my situation. On a Sunday afternoon, I spoke with an agent named Robyn, and she was beyond terrific .. in less that 10 minutes on the phone I had a new complete Atom X shipping to me at a very fair discounted price. The only thing better than Audien product is their support people!
