Best thing I ever did is switch to att..

Have applied for Internet Srv with AT&T (folks in same complex & building have the srv) yet since I have never had the srv in my actual condo) I have to wait weeks for someone to actually "SEE" if I can get the srv & yet to hear from anyone which was more than a week ago... Ugh. So I wish I could say the AT&T internet srv was great but I can't even get the srv installed!

I like the user interface and the quality of telelvision is great. The internet also runs great. Had too many problems with our previous cable provider on these types of things, constant lapses in internet and a lot of digital lag in certain chanels. No issues with Uverse.

I had my service to begin on 3/8/2014 and It is fine I thought it was a little odd how I have already been billed and paid for my service with in the first (less) than ten days. But my internet fits my needs....at this time, Thank you for your time.

Girl you should check out AT&T, they have great prices and bundles. They also have great customer service

Very friendly, lots of good information when answering questions.
