Moved From A Uverse Neighborhood To A DSL Neighborhood. Initial Hookup Date Was Two Weeks Out, But Was Able To Call Back And Get It Moved Up. Took A While To Get People On The Phone, But Everyone I've Spoken With Has Been Helpful. Had To Buy A DSL Gateway For $100.

I have a barrage of channels to choose from - never get bored watching the same thing over and over again. No problems with downtime due to weather like satellite service and I pay less than satellite service. Can't beat it!

The package we were offered was a great deal. We are however less than satisfied with the customer service of AT&T. I called to set up service and told everything was good to go. I then however called to change a setup time a few days later and was told that they have no record of my account. After the second time setting up my install date and package I was called a THIRD time by AT&T telling me that the install had not been officially set up. Very frustrating. We have also called the guy who came out to install our cable and Internet a couple times with some questions and have recieved no answer or returned calls.

I got the cheapest cable so there is not much in the way of good channels and to soon to see about Internet at this point.

Fast Internet, TV works immediate when you change the channel, wireless in two bedrooms, very satisfy with all the channel in spanish and english that we like to watch

I love it 0 complains :) I can watch my fav show
