Frank truly a pleasure working with you today thanks for listening to me and being open minded logically to try what I suggested it just made sense you know so often it’s not our fault and I want to help people if they will be as open minded and kind like yourself we can accomplish positive results . You showed great character to call and say thanks I truly appreciate you. Truthfully out of the 5 or 6% warranties we have about 2% are actually our error because we aren’t perfect. So many things are involved in vehicles with computers it isn’t funny and many people don’t realize an external problem can lead to performance issues and or even a failure so I try to work with customers to prevent that by educating them. Sounds like you have a lot of mechanicall knowledge which is very helpful

Thanks John.. We are truly dedicated to our customers. When someone gets upset or frustrated its never intentional and not acceptable. But we NEVER,, intend to or don't care. Over the years we have warrantied product that was out of warranty. We have assisted with labor when we don't sell labor guarantees. I truly appreciate each and every customer that takes their valuable time when they are happy because most don't... You let me know what we can do for you in the future and we will go out of our way to help you out.
