Took over a month and a half to receive my transmission after ordering. Called everyday for a tracking number and they kept promising me “tomorrow” “tomorrow “ it would’ve been okay if they just were honest instead of trying to keep putting me off and lying. Communication is key when it comes to companies and their customer relationships. Frequently the customer service that I spoke to was snappy and irritated when I simply called for an update on my shipment. I understand things can get delayed so I’m not worried about that, but they should really work on their customer service .

i have called I don't no how many time and they say they will get me a tracking number havnt got one yet been month and half and still wating my mechcanic is charge me stoage fee now I guess I will do like that one guy review and update this every day as of now if you what a bunch of bs in your life go ahead and order one from chris never again

I've been robbed. Paid $1200 for a 4l60e transmission in May... It's now August and still no transmission or refund. I've called about 100 times .. Talked to several people. Non stop lies and bull crap. Jay said he would take care of it personally a month ago. I've been told it would be sent out Monday 3 times 3 different weeks of 3 different months. I ready to get the law involved. Extremely frustrating trying to get answers. Thanks for ruining my summer guys. Beyond mad.

At this time I give Atransmission a bad rating it has been a month today that we ordered from them have been flat out lied to several times been given every excuse know on why it has not shipped and I am now in the process of trying to get my money refunded back to my credit card which is hard when no one wants to answer your phone calls but I have sent emails so if you read my review I strongly suggest not messing with this business

Actually at this point negative 10 stars. Ordered transmission to include torque converter. Transmission shipped on 6/12/2019 and was received on 6/20/2019. Unpacked transmission and no torque converter to be found. Called and spoke with Jay who say "Uh Oh" we will get that shipped right out to you. 6/24/2019 still no torque converter received called and spoke with Danny. She advised that torque converters were shipped by a third party and she would check on the status and let me know or I could just go buy one locally and they would refund the money that I spent to make the purchase. 6/25/2019 still no information on torque converter shipment so went and made a local purchase of the torque converter. Emailed copy of receipt to Danny for refund of purchase price she returned an email that she would send over to accounting and get this taken care of today. 7/9/2019 still no refund for the torque converter emailed Danny again she was to check on the refund and let me know. 7/11/2019 still no refund or communication from Danny so I emailed her again. 7/15/2019 still no refund or further communication from Danny concerning refund. Emailed Danny again and called several times to every number listed for this company only to get voice mails and not one live person to speak with (from prior experience I knew it was pointless to leave messages and they are never returned). 7/15/2019 at 10:03pm received a call from Kevin who stated he saw he had a missed call from me and wanted to follow up on what I needed. Explained what was going on and he sounded genuinely concerned stating he was the #2 man in charge of the business and they had gotten some bad reviews lately due to stupid mistakes like what I am dealing with. He asked that I call him the next day so he could get the issue taken care of. 7/16/2019 called Kevin and to no surprise got voice mail left him a message at 9:49 am. 7/17/2019 called again and got a live person asked to speak with Kevin and was told he was busy but they could help me. Once I explained my issue and that I had already spoken with Kevin they put Kevin on the phone. He stated he would take care of my refund when he did he batch that afternoon. 7/25/2019 still no refund called Kevin at 10:01 am and left him a message advising of this. Got a text message back from Kevin stating "Ok I believe I still have it ****** I'll get it handled" My reply "Thank you I really hope we can get this handled this time" to which he replied "Agreed".. 8/1/2019 still no refund received so I text Kevin about this again advising that if it's a waiting game to see if I will just go away rest assured that's not going to happen. Stay tuned because I intend to update this post daily until I receive my refund....... ****Update 8/5/2019 Received a partial refund on 8/3/2019. Sent them the receipt showing that I paid $139.99 plus tax. Was due a total refund of $151.46 but instead received a refund in the amount of $139.00. That's not even the amount I paid for the torque converter so I guess A Transmissions just picks and chooses what amount they refund. I have once again text Kevin to let him know I am waiting on the remainder of my refund. No response so now we wait again. Stay tuned for further updates. (I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER, 3 transmissions and a transfer case, AND THEIR SERVICE HAS DEFINITELY GONE DOWN SINCE MY FIRST PURCHASE)

Well, its a long story, but a short version is that it takes 3-4 times longer to get your transmission than they say, when you call them to check up on its progress, they lie to you, for example, I have 4 different tracking numbers from Tiffany and Jen and NONE OF THEM ARE VALID. I did NOT appreciate the BS they were feeding me but they had my money and transmission, so whats a guy to do??? Needless to say @ 5 weeks after I order the transmission and 4 pages of BS multiple phone calls, I got my transmission, (AND I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER)...I would be more than happy to share my log of events if anybody is interested. send a note to lavpete at hotmail. they don't allow email addresses
