AtransmissionsReviews of atransmissions.com

I was thrilled, the transmission I bought from you performed like it was a new performance transmission nice crisp, firm shifts. I am thrilled. I tried junk yards and transmission shops. What a desaster. I had three transmission stolen by transmission shops. So when I went in, I wanted to see the shop to be sure, everything was legitimate. My experience is this place does what it says, when it says. Any doubts call Warren 810 624 4618 ps I'm not related or work for them, just thrilled with the product they sold me!

Your honest and competent representative Kevin Karwat single-handedly saved you this sale. It is only because of his direct intercession in an otherwise totally botched up situation that I did not cancel this order. Due to YOUR error, I was never informed that the transmission you were about to ship to me was found defective. This resulted in a 10-day delay, during which time my truck could not be used in my business... AND NO ONE EVEN GAVE ME THE COURTESY OF TELLING ME!!! It was not until I called to cancel the order that your customer service representative transferred me to Kevin. He, in turn, apologized profusely and took DIRECT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for getting a transmission to me. He is a man of his word... the transmission actually arrived a day earlier than his promised date. I don't know how much you're paying Mr.Karwat, but whatever it is, IT'S NOT ENOUGH! I will likely be a return customer only because of him.

I was concerned about this whole thing because of the price. I was amazed how clean it came in. clean lines. no overspray.. looked new. Put it in and transmission worked great/ They recommended a cooler and reluctantly i bought it. also put lube guard in it. checked trans temperature was 24 degrees cooler then normal operating temperature. Their service and knowledge blew my mind. Thanks Got all
