This place had what I needed and the prices where great for the transmission for my Audi A6. This transmission works great and has great warranty with it

Horrible experience. I ordered my 46re July 20th. Called to check on it days later was told 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Ok. That time frame went by and nothing no call updating me. So I call to get answers 2 different times. I was told the same thing. We'll call or email you a tracking number. Eventually I got fed up with the bull and canceled it. Was told 7 to 10 days for the refund. Again, that time frame went by. Called again. Supposedly after 30 days they cant refund it back to my card. It's your fault it took 30 days in the first dang place. So they have to mail me a check, oh get this they dont mail them out till the 1st of the month. So I have to wait yet again. How you've been in business for "17 years" is completely baffling. Angry and disgusted is putting it very lightly with my satisfaction with you people.

You can't beat the prices. Very budget friendly. Quality work with a warranty. What more can you want?

I placed my order July 31st and Kevin told me it would ship out first thing Monday morning so I go ahead and agree to order with them. Well when I call Monday they didnt even have any of my information so I'm put on hold and I guess she had to get it from Kevin and said it would ship wednesday the August 7th. Well I call Wednesday and once again the order has not been processed so she takes my info again and I tell her I dont want my card charged unless you guarantee me that it will ship the next day and she said it will ship worst case it wont pass inspection then it will ship for sure Friday. so we go ahead with the order. Well I call Friday to make sure it shipped well guess what whoever answered the phone said they just received the 4l60 cases and starting them now and my order will ship monday the 12th. Once again I call Monday she said it will ship next day and Tuesday I call and got a tracking number and the lady said you wont be able to check the tracking till the next day after 7pm so I ask again it has shipped today though correct and she said yes. So the next day I call the shipping company and they have no record of the item and said as soon as they get the product the tracking is updated. I finally call Wednesday to cancel the order cause I was tired of being lied to over and over and once again she said I guarantee i can get it to you before the weekend so I said ok. Well surprisingly it showed up the 16th and I unload it and sure enough they forgot to ship my trans cooler so I call immediately and the girl I talked to said I am processing the refund right now. Well I call the 20th to double check the refund cause I still have not recieved it and she said yes it was processed Friday and should be in my account soon. I call Friday the 23rd and ask why I still jave not got my refund and she said oh it has not been processed yet I am going to do it right now. Well here it is the 27th and no refund still. I called 2 hours ago to ask again about the refund and whoever answered said the person I need to speak to is in a meeting and will call back. Well I still have not heard anything. This whole transaction has been a nightmare I have never been lied to by a company this many times it is absolutely pathetic they would treat customers this way. From previous reviews it seems like this is a normal thing. The only thing I can say good is that the transmission is installed and been running good for about a week now. I really would hate to have a warranty issue cause I can't imagine dealing with all this again plus paying more for return shipping. All I can say is if you buy a transmission from them dont expect shipment when they say. And just because it says in stock does not mean that they have it. I never write reviews but the fact that a company that talks so highly of themselves online regaring customer service can lie and deceive a customer is pathetic. And when I called one day last week I was told to hold a minute and I could hear a guy in the background saying he has been bashing us and talked down on us and I take it he was refering to me. All you have to do is treat customers better and not lie and people wont bash you. I spent $900 with your company and dont lied to over and over. I honestly feel like y'all are playing games with me and forgot the cooler on purpose and playing games with my refund. I work in the customer service buisness and would be ashamed of myself to do what y'all have. IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANYS RESPONSE: I did just call and the refund was for being overcharged and I did get that refund but this is a seperate issue and you agreed. but I was also told 3 times in the last week it was already in the process of being refunded but never was. If there was an issue call me or tell me the issue when I call not just say its being processed when its not. And I dont care if the transmission is worth $2000 it still does not give you the right to lack basic customer service. And now its going to be another week before I get my refund so ya in my eyes you are playing with my money that I need for other bills.

I found training with this company they had it in stock and gave me a good deal and even went out of their way to deliver it down to me very pleased with it I have a little over 600 miles on it have not had any issues what breed for anybody to them
