Absolute nightmare. Ordered a 900.00 transmission 3 weeks ago. Still hasn’t shown up. Have talked to the “staff” at least 8 times nothing but lies, fake shipping dates, and a tracking number with R+L company that was fake. Called today to cancel my order and should receive my refund 5-7 business days. Already have the better business bureau informed of everything that had happened. Especially if I don’t receive my refund. Update: 9/10/19 Day 7 , still no refund. Kept on hold for 30 minutes plus. Hung up on a few times. If I ever receive my refund will let you know.
