Order Date Status Total Actions #7282 June 12, 2019 Processing $1,299.00 for 1 item This is the current status/summary of the transmission that i ordered from Got All Auto Parts/ Atransmissions. It was purchased June 11, 2019. The reviews that I read were great, and the price point was even better. Was it too good to be true with only a 5-10 day lead time? Just incase you don’t notice the date of this review, it is currently September 14th, 2019. I may not understand the “new” common core math, because I’m “old school”, but I think that more than a couple of weeks have passed at this point. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company. On June 18th I received an email in reference to the order. The email address showed it was from brian AT atransmissions.com, with a display name of Jeff, and signed as Kevin. No big deal, I was in IT for years and fully understand what the lack of knowledge to get automatic replies to not fully align with a business directive can do. The email was a request for me to review my purchase. I was out of town when I made the purchase, and when I received the email request. I thought to myself how wonderful it will be to get home and have a rebuilt transmission waiting for me. Well I hate to say it, but as we can all see from my current order status, that just wasn’t the case. Since then I have dealt with several people trying to resolve the issue of not receiving my order. I’ve spoken to “online customer support”, “sales manager”, “office manager”. I’ve been reassured multiple times that it’s going to get moved up in the line. I’ve had return calls (This is a good thing), stating the “General Manager” has been involved, and it’s on its way out the door today. Only to progress into given excuses and false tracking numbers for multiple carriers. At THIS POINT I’m not going to go into exact detail with names, and the BS I’ve been given during this whole horrendous event, involving so many phone calls, that I have lost count. Currently I don’t want to waste my time swimming through my phone records and voice mails to be that specific. I’ve worked in the Automotive service as a service writer, assistant service manager, and customer service manager, and understand how frustrating it can be to keep customers content and happy. But the one thing I do know, BS and LIES will never end well from a customer prospective. At this point I just want a refund of my hard-earned money. I have no confidence purchasing a product from a company that cannot deliver their product honestly. If they are able to treat a customer, that keeps them in business, this way, how shoddy are the parts and service of their product. So, to hopefully not have the need to revise this review with all of the horrible details (check the BBB site for both company names), I will be receiving my refund promptly.

My son paid for his rebuild transmission 2 months ago and has been sent two different tracking numbers that come up empty. He has spoken to several different people with the same answer “ It’s shipping this afternoon “. My son saved long and hard his own money to pay for this and is now not even sure this place exists. He had many options to shop elsewhere.

Always have the parts I need. If not, they find it. Prices are definitely always the best!
