Upon doing my research for a quality rebuilt transmission I came across this company. They where up front with the length of time it would take for me to get my transmission and I received up to date status on my order. I received a 6l80 transmission for my Silverado and it came with a instruction packet that I am glad I received instructing me what to do once installed. I took it to the dealership to get it programmed and the dealership was impressed at the quality of workmanship with it. Thanks guys I am back on the road working and making money

If you like being flat out lied to and to be given a runaround for months, then this is the place for you! I placed an order for my Taurus SHO back in June 2019, paid in full with a card. When I placed the order Kevin was very nice, I had spoken to him a few days before placing the order and he explained in detail exactly how their transmissions are completely remanufactured, all new this and that, I felt confident with my purchase, he even gave a discount and my transmission was going to cost only $950.00, great, fantastic, he said I would have the transmission in only about a week, which I figured was way too soon, and I would receive an email with the invoice. Well, I gave it a couple of weeks, no invoice had ever been sent to me so I called to check on the order. I was told the transmission was almost ready per Brittany and she then emailed the invoice, she said "it should ship by the next week", "it's a 2 day ship", and "I would receive tracking numbers in a day or two", I heard this a lot as the process of dealing with these people continued. So, by now it's July 2019, and I would call every few days to check on my order, I was told they ordered the wrong transmission, I was told the transmission failed testing, I was told the transmission had a cracked case, each time I called I was told something different but was always told that "it should be ready in a couple of days", even told me once that they needed "one more day". I was also told that they had to order another torque converter and that it was coming from California so it was taking longer. The first week of August and I still didn't have the transmission that I was told would only take a week to receive. I called to check the status of the order and was told that they were going to have to order another one and there was only one SHO transmission in the state of Michigan, it was going to take a week or so to get and would I just like a refund. Now, keep this in mind, the SHO uses the same AX4N case as a regular Taurus, the internals are what is different, so if they were actually remanufacturing a transmission like they say they are, then they could've just used any AX4N case. Anyway, I was offered a refund and I accepted. So again, I was told I would receive tracking numbers because they would send me a full refund check in the mail. When I told them, "I paid with a card, why couldn't they just credit the funds back to my card?", I was told they couldn't do that because it had been over 30 days. I was told I should have my check by "next week" . Well, the next week comes along, no tracking numbers, no check. I called to see what was going on and was given an excuse of the accounting office mails out on Fridays, and I am given a tracking number. I checked the tracking number for several days and the status never changed meaning these people never mailed a check at all. I was done at this point and had to get my bank involved so that I could get my money back. If they treat people this way, how good do you think their product or warranty would be? All I can say is buy from these crooks at your own risk. I don't know how they have good reviews unless they make them up themselves, and there is no way in hell that they have a legitimate 4 star rating. Go ahead and respond atransmissions, I got my money back in spite of your runaround and the BBB has been informed as well. Update: There is no way to reply to what they replied so I will add this in response. There is no reason for me to call you people or continue this further. I gave y'all a shot at some business and you failed miserably. When I placed my order, Kevin even mentioned that people had been leaving bad reviews, I can see why. Buy at own risk! The issue I had here was being flat out lied to and given a runaround for three months!!! You say you didn't "keep my money"???? Well you certainly never returned it, never mailed me a check, gave a bogus tracking number, I never received any email or phone call from you people explaining what the hell was going on with my refund. I had to get my bank involved in order to get my money back. These are facts!!! I expressed to one person there that I realized that this was a bit of a specialty item, but the "year specific" components would have been installed from my original transmission, ie, speed sensors and electronics. My experience with atransmissions could have been better if the people there would have just been honest with me up front. I am sure that future potential customers who read this will Love reading that you "didn't need the work", something to consider when placing an order, they don't need your order but they'll take it anyway ya know, to help you out. Get freaking real!!! I have posted my experience with atransmission. Buy at your own risk!!! My car is being repaired at a local shop that has a fantastic reputation which is what I should've done to begin with instead of wasting time with these yahoos. Same warranty, and reputable. Help your local economy and shop local. Just sayin'.

Good Transmissions!!

Ordered a transmission for my 2001 Pontiac grand prix, installed it and its working again! Hasn't come up with any problems so all I can say is I'm happy with my order. Delivery came in a decent time.

the transmission works great and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. it feels as if added power to motor as well as it shifts and way it's geared!
