Stay away
So... I ordered a transmission for my wife's Tahoe on August 14th. Their website says 7 to 10 days for delivery. 10 days pass, no big deal... I call after 2 weeks and am told trans didn't pass the test phase. Ok fine...it happens. I figure good QC. Another two weeks pass and still no trans let alone an update. I call yet again and am told the trans is shipping that day. They provide a tracking number and say I can track it after 7pm. So the next day I plug in the tracking number and no such number exists. I call back later and am given a completely different tracking number with a completely different carrier and am told another 7 to 10 days till delivery. I'm livid at this point but remain respectful. Trans shows up about 5 days later which surprised me but... no torque converter. Called again and again and continued to get BS excuses. So I finally received the torque converter last week! Nearly 3 months after placing my order! That's a quarter of a year!!! I needed this the day I ordered it. How are you still in business if this is how you operate? Office staff was polite but dodged questions and gave excuses. I asked for money back but was offered extended warranty and a cheap external cooler. Said that wasn't good enough and got the run around. I may get my attorney involved. STAY AWAY.

Sorry you feel that way Mr. Rossman. Our business has increased so immensely over the past several years to the point where we probably are the largest supplier of GM and Chevrolet automatic transmissions. Its been difficult to keep up with the demand for our product but we have. Some units due to our quality and price and NO CORE CHARGE. take a little longer and should ask about availability. In saying that, we care and are concerned why you feel this way. We personally care about our customers and our business to the point where we even go outside of policy, offer lifetime warranties for delays, don't require cores to be returned. I am confident we can continue to improve in our service through constant training and dedication to service changes. Thanks again
