Ordered Dodge 545RFE on 9/13/19. sent invoice on 9/16/19 stating would receive unit in 7 to 10 business days. After no update or communication of any kind upon the 12th day, sent message thru website to inquire on status. Got a speedy reply from Amber, saying transmission was in process and would ship on Wednesday October 9th for a delivery on the 11th. Never happened and No contact response to missed shipment. Inquired again thru website, and again was told by Amber that transmission would ship on the 11th for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday October 15th or 16th. Again, no response or update sent to inform me unit did not ship as was promised. I strongly recommend if you use this company to not call but use their contact form on website. This insures you have a record of their false promises when you go to get your money back. Ended up sending them one final message on Monday October 14th to which there was absolutely no response to. Filed dispute with my Credit Card provider and received my funds back to my account on Tuesday October 15th exactly one month after I ordered. Moral of the Story: Lie to me once, shame on you. Lie to me twice, shame on me. Lie to me a third time, time to take my business elsewhere and stop wasting time and effort that I will never get back. Knew the price quoted with no core charge was quite low and free shipping. Impossible to see how this outfit can show a profit, if their units are actual rebuilt assemblies. Offer 5 year unlimited mileage warranty as well. I believe this is all a ruse to suck you into thinking your getting the greatest deal on earth. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be if you had to deal with them on a warranty level. BUYER BEWARE, Price stated is a pipe dream! Here is a transcript of the replies I received. As you will see the reply I received below does not quite match the truth. 23% bad reviews is more than just one or two individuals. Oct, 4 2019 Good Morning Mr. S, I have received an email from my general manager in reference to your order #7871 and have checked the status for a disposition on shipping. I apologize for the delay, your 2008 Dodge Ram 5.7 RWD transmission is moving through production! We did experience a short back order on these units of which you most definitely should have been notified and I agree that communication is key and a major part of this industry to maintain upmost customer service. Your order has been flagged and prioritized to meet your request of deliverance of your transmission by 10/11/19. I will be following this closely making sure you receive your tracking information as soon as the transmission passes testing. Your unit will ship by 10/9/19 as shipping to VA is a two day transit. It is possible that I can ship this even sooner then Wednesday, however, realistically I believe Wednesday would be the most accurate ship date with the possibility of as early as Tuesday. The truck will pickup the unit tomorrow of which the driver will assign our tracking information that we need in order to trace its position while in transit. VA is a 2 day transit, I do know that. With the truck intercepting Friday 10/11 delivery would land on Tuesday at the terminal. I will forward the tracking numbers accordingly following the pickup. This particular person was informed that the Dodge transmissions were no longer stock for us and it could take a couple weeks. Also, our business is hugely successful our prices are there as a courtesy for the quality of product. Because we are fair and do not gouge people like other competitors, we sell and ship over 100 transmissions per week (a fact). This is a manufacturing business and product must be processed tested and approved prior to shipment. This particular customer feels this way and is entitled to it. Meanwhile over 100 people week to week to week use us with much success and continue to utilize our product quality and business philosophy to save money and make money at same time its a great thing. The GM 4L60e line are in stock and 98 percent on time delivery. Dodges and Fords have more like about 85% on time. Just saying, its not about lies its about time, customer definitely has opportunity to contact us and get updated regularly. If he wasn't called back, this company call center is ridiculously busy and we are human beings. A simple phone call in could have solved his or her frustration. We are good people with a great business. We will continue to maintain a positive rating with the vast majority of our customers despite one or two that we just couldn't help. That doesn't make us bad or overall indicate anything poor. It is our success which makes it difficult to keep everyone happy, but 100% zero defect is our quality management system goal. Thanks and to any and all reading keep that in mind. I appreciate all of your time. These opportunities to review us we encourage where many other companies do not even care. We have easily over 1000 reviews on birdeye and google so we do care and encourage and promote all feedback. Most people should look at that as a good thing and not dwell on the few that it just didn't work out for thanks.

Avoid ATransmissions! I should’ve read these reviews first! Ordered a 4L60E from this “company”. Haven’t received it weeks later and when they did finally answer the phone I was on hold for 10 min and then routed to a full VM. Classic! Feels like this company is going under.
