About 3 months ago I was in your store in Utica, I bought 2 providence brand wash cloths it’s only been 3 months and the thread ripped out of both seams! I paid $6 for each washcloth you’d think they’d have lasted longer than 3 months so won’t be buying anymore! Plus your prices on stuff has really gone up I can go to hobby lobby and get outside stuff for less then hour selling it!

I ordered a rug online and was shipped the wrong color. When I first contacted the San Diego store that sent it no one seemed able to track the order, understand what was wrong or seem able to roll up their sleeves to solve the problem. The next day I called again and got Ken, a manager back from vacation, who immediately went into action and not only understood what was sent in error but located the one I had ordered at a different store and had it sent. I actually received the correct rug the next day! He was understanding and actually cared to make things right for me. You just don't find that level of customer service anymore! Thank you Ken--Happy customer!

They hire known sex offenders, I reported this to management and they continue to employ him. This tells me they are more concerned about keeping a sexual predator on the payroll than keeping their female employees and customers safe and at ease to shop in their store.

I took my mother to store#300 in Avon Indiana so she could use her Mother's Day Visa gift card. At the register we had cashier #816289 and after she rang us up she was unable to figure out how to use the gift card. Instead of calling a manager or supervisor to help she asked my mom to oay with a different card or cash. This was a terrible experience for my mom and myself. Please train your cashiers properly. I went home and got online with Visa gift card and found out she only had to process it as credit instead of debit. She should have known that!

I ordered 3 sets of dishes (service for 12). All 3 sets had broken plates and missing plates. I took pictures of all damaged and missing dishes. I contacted customer service and sent pictures. I was told by an At Home customer service representative that I could return all dishes to a store or buy a new set and get 15% off my order. First, I have no At Home near my home. The nearest store is 2+ hours away. Second, I shouldn’t have to BUY dishes that I already paid for. Such terrible customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

God forbid you ever have to contact corporate about anything. They will not take you seriously or even read messages between supervisors and care reps. Honestly this store is not worth the hassle. Youre better off at ikea or homegoods. The gift card was locked because they're system glitched. Its been 5 days and I still have a pending charge on my acct for an order I was never able to make and the gift card took 5 people in an email chain and a week to figure out there was a lock on it.

I have had an incredibly poor experience with this store’s online system and customer service. First, there is no phone support; everything is via email with a 48-hour delay. Worse, I keep receiving the same automated "canned" responses regardless of what I write. The Insider Perk Credit Card is highly misleading. While they promise a $5 reward for every $100 spent, my certificates don't even show up at checkout. Even when they do, the system won't let you stack them to cover a full purchase—you are forced to pay a remaining balance out of pocket. Finally, their shipping policy is nonsensical. They charge the same high rate for standard shipping as they do for same-day, and the fee increases with every item you add. I’ve never seen a major retailer penalize customers for buying more items. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

I am an expert and frequent shopper of large pots and containers throughout the Phoenix metro area. Today I shopped at the Greenfield Rd location in Mesa, AZ and found the selection of pots / containers to be spectacular, very high quality and the prices are 1/3 to 1/2 the price of all the major nurseries and other retailers, Home Depot and Lowe’s included.
