At first, we were dazzled by the selections in the store, and the pricing. That is great, if you are shopping for furniture, rugs, home decor, do go here, it is a nice store. We bought a lot: chairs, tables, a cabinet, dining room set, and various other items. More than could fit in our vehicle. They offer delivery, and when the order is over $200, it is free delivery. We were excited about that, our purchase was over $1500. When the delivery window was upon us 2 days later, no word. I called 2 hours after nothing happening. Was told a driver was on the way to the store and was probably stuck in traffic. I called another 2-1/2 hours later and was told then, no driver was assigned yet. Frustrated, I made two trips back and forth to the store to pick up the remainder of our order for the items we did not bring back on our initial visit. That was 3 hours of my time. So if you plan to shop here, plan to transport everything you buy with yourself. Otherwise, you may run into the chaos of their undependable contract drivers assigned to deliver your order. Store seems to be understaffed also, unless they are just so busy and every customer there at the time needed an associate's help. I am very fair with my reviews and tell them as it happened. Great store, great selections. But lacking in various customer service aspects.

I USE to be a regular customer of At Home, until I wasn't. In September I visited the store and the entire store was filled with clearance and 50% off stickers on varies items. I see a tree I liked, it has a sticker and hanging tag that said "Clearance" and "50% off". There were 3 just like it, I took one and when I got to the register, it not only rung up NOT on sale but as a completely different tree than what I was getting. I stated maybe that's the reason why its not showing up. The manager and cashiers says " it does not matter what the sticker says, whatever it rings up is what it cost". What!?! I ended up getting the tree but I decided to file a formal complaint with BBB and do you know what their response was? That there are self price scanners throughout the store that I could've check the price myself. WAIT, so now its MY job, the customers job to make sure At Home is honoring their word and correctly charging people for the right item. Sounds like a good old fashion bait and switch scheme.

Ordered a table on 10/5 with delivery. It was picked up in the store but was never delivered to me. Spoke with Doug at the store im assuming he is the manager he told me that because it is a 3rd delivery company he can do nothing about it has to go through corporate. He can only contact corporate via email and that’s it. Corporate contacted me via email earlier in the day before I called the store and asked if my order was delivered. Based on that corporate already knew it had not been delivered I can only conclude that either someone in the store stole it or the delivery person stole my $300 item The complete disregard for my order and my money is disgraceful. They obviously as an institution offer you delivery service of non vetted care companies and the customer is stuck and shit out of luck. I now have to wait for corporate to email me or Doug for a response A company as large as At Home does not have live person access Do Not purchase from at home i. Cypress Tx

You submit a request online by filling out a form that they claim they will respond to in 48 hours but they NEVER respond to your request! There’s no customer service number and they use AI to communicate and when you ask for a human no one gets back to you! On top of that they block certain people from entering their sweepstakes…a bunch of crooks!

The leather chair was completely cut in the middle after some years. To fix it we waited for more than 2 months !! They don’t respect the delivery timings and come with wonderful stories : an accident , the final quality wasn’t up to their liking etc . Never ever trust their timing deliveries

Item I wanted was out in store in Lincoln, ne, store worker said to order it online, didn’t look to see if it was available at Omaha location , did what he said , ordered online, now At Home is saying I can’t cancel the shipping order that I placed on August 24th, that I only have a 30 minute cancellation window on the website. What a joke…. AI canned responses, don’t order an item online from here, I can see why 2.0 rating on here out of 5…. Terrible customer service. Never have heard anything that item will finally ship and response from customer service is that even if product isn’t in stock, it will show it is online.

Buyer beware. Fraud site. Horrible packing smashed also didn't receive my complete order . No customer service number and ai emailed response that doesn't address issue.
