I am a regular at the Reynoldsburg At Home store. I want to recognize Kelly, a customer service employee as well as the Manager Janet. At this location. Kelly greets every person with a warm smile and hello. She keeps a calm kind attitude which makes customers feel valued and happy to shop at this location. Customers notice her care and professionalism. Kelly is fast and friendly from start to finish. I shared my experience with the on-site Manager Janet, who was extremely professional, Both Kelly and Janet are true assets to your At Home team. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I ordered a rug online and was shipped the wrong color. When I first contacted the San Diego store that sent it no one seemed able to track the order, understand what was wrong or seem able to roll up their sleeves to solve the problem. The next day I called again and got Ken, a manager back from vacation, who immediately went into action and not only understood what was sent in error but located the one I had ordered at a different store and had it sent. I actually received the correct rug the next day! He was understanding and actually cared to make things right for me. You just don't find that level of customer service anymore! Thank you Ken--Happy customer!

I am an expert and frequent shopper of large pots and containers throughout the Phoenix metro area. Today I shopped at the Greenfield Rd location in Mesa, AZ and found the selection of pots / containers to be spectacular, very high quality and the prices are 1/3 to 1/2 the price of all the major nurseries and other retailers, Home Depot and Lowe’s included.

I was at the At Home store in Wauwatosa the other day and the employee named Marissa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had such a great attitude! I dont normally leave reviews but had to acknowledge this employee. She greated me at the door and asked me what she could help me find. Took me to the aisle with the tables and answered all my questions. It was such a great shopping experience! Great job Marissa!

I bought some cushions and worked with Molly and Alexia. Wow! Such incredible customer service and so knowledgeable in helping me get what I need!! Coming back for sure!!!!

I went to at home to check out the holiday sales, an incredible young man named Jack Cutter greeted me and helped me by walking me to all the sales and offered to help me if I needed any. I am 70 years old and I totally appreciated Jack helping me to make my shopping experience so pleasant! Thank you so very much for hiring such a conscientious employee!

I had the most pleasant experience yesterday At Home Store In Stockbridge! I met the most amazing sales associate there, her name is Star! A well deserved name! She was most helpful and professional same time awesome! We needed boxes and she went to the back and brought us several! She did not needed to do so but she had no problem in helping us! I wished more people would have her spirit and ethics! What a great experience this store needs to value personnel like her!
