Not Reliable Based on my experience
Based on my experience, this provider is not a reliable hosting service. I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for. They advertise all their packages with NVMe, but the performance of my website is very slow. Interestingly, my site was faster when I was using a traditional SSD with a different hosting service, not Asura.

Service not delivered.
Ordered a Master Reseller Plan on march 5th 2024. Payment done, but the service is still pending, nothing delivered. The support constantly not answering my questions, but trying to sell me other services I don't want. When asked about an "Approximative" date of delivery, here is their answer "I do not have an exact ETA on the master plans currently." First time trying this provider because of their TrustPilot Score, but it was a really bad idea.

Hello El Idari, Our operator that handled this did indicate to you from the get-go that we did not have stock of that particular product to which we offered to cancel/refund this for you immediately: "Otherwise, please do confirm and ill cancel/refund the order for you." We also gave you the option to try out the normal Reseller Plans as an alternative as they are similar, it was not a means to upsell you. (They are much more affordable as well) But you did insist on waiting till we have stock: "I will wait. No need to move or cancel. Thanks" We then indicated that there was no ETA of stock being available, which was indeed the case. The master plans are currently the only plans we offer that have a specific stock limit, they are a new product and have provisioning limitations. It is something we're actively working on rectifying. However I do see this has now been addressed between you and the operator with regards to canceling it for you as initially suggested. We're still open to further helping you out as we have indicated within the ticket. Feel free to message us at any time. Kind Regards, Carlo.

Excellent support, Exceptional services.
Support takes a couple hours to respond (which isn’t that bad) but support are amazing and will help you with almost anything. Services are affordable and reliable. Honestly amazing, I couldn’t have found a better deal.
