I'm a developer and I have a few sites hosted on Asura. The uptime is great, but there's always some kind of problem. First it was the SSL handshake; they blamed Cloudflare. I requested a server change, and the new one worked correctly. Then there were problems with the remote servers; due to the nature of my clients’ services, they need to connect via API to other services. I requested that the URLs be unblocked, but the server has blocked them again about three times now, and it’s a tedious process to have to request unblocking from support each time. Finally, there was the issue with emails being blacklisted—they made me buy an IP address so my emails would send properly. They don’t want to invest in relays. I hope you can improve these aspects of your service.

I purchased a reseller hosting package, and it has now been more than 24 hours without any response to my support ticket. I then decided to read other customer reviews, and now I honestly feel like I may have made a huge mistake choosing this company. The support has been extremely disappointing so far. I'm already considering moving to another provider before I've even started using the service. I've also noticed that the servers seem quite slow. The pricing is reasonable, but poor customer support is a major drawback. If support doesn't improve, I wouldn't recommend this hosting company.

I am sure if you start up a website from scratch their service will do. However migrating a WP website is a different matter. It is very cheap but the Customer service is slow and not adequate. I am no sure how much they are paid but they are not motivated enough to get to the bottom and solve things, which is a shame. I have to ask things 3 times and still not get an answer.Seriously I would be happy to pay more for just a tad more involvement. Which is what I would advise to potential customers. Update: In the end I resolved it myself, as the CS was too slow to be helpful. Sofar the site is up, but keep getting Jetpack messages about the site being on and off. On a daily basis.
