My experience with Asura Hosting has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Been with them since January 2025. Been happy with them until 2 months ago. Since 2 months ago keep getting email issues and support doesn't say why it happens. Just fix it after +- 4/5 hours after i log ticket. You just don't get a good answer from them and support is slow. My experience with Asura Hosting has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Their support system is terrible, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. They do not reply properly, they do not take responsibility, and they absolutely fail to solve any issue. Without any notice or authorization, Asura Hosting deleted all of my important subdomain data, including multiple active systems under epaperscript.com. This caused massive damage to my business, loss of clients, and daily financial losses. I contacted their support multiple times, but they kept giving the same useless reply: “looking into it.” Even after more than 48 hours, they still could not restore my data, nor did they provide any proper explanation. ⚠️ Why Their Service Is Bad: Extremely slow and irresponsible support No proper replies or solutions They delete important customer data without permission Zero accountability for customer losses Very low-quality service and management ❌ My Recommendation: Stay away from Asura Hosting. Their service is unreliable, unsafe, and feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone NOT to use their hosting. If you trust them with your website, you will only lose time, money, and peace of mind.

Setup was instant and everything worked perfectly. Their dashboard is clean and simple and I haven't had a single issue so far.

I have been a client for a number of years now, Asura hosting is very reliable and most importantly it feels like having a partner rather than just being a client because they are understanding and supportive!

Asura Hosting is awesome. Everything just works and their prices are way better than most other hosts. Totally worth it.
