Austin was great and took me through the steps to fix my washer quickly

Nothing was done and now I have no phone. When I try to call 611 it says I have no network. I am getting NO help. Oh, but you took my CC number fast.

Dino was professional & listened well. He asked good questions & He knew the issue & was able to explain what was going on, how it would be repaired & approximate cost. He also walked me through draining the water from the washer. He told me to keep it unplugged so no there were no water surprises later, as the sensor was damaged. I’ll need to call a repair company but now I know the problem… great job. Thank you.

Solved the problem

We are older, visually impaired, and consequently not digitally savvy. Nicole was very patient, she understood our difficulties and clearly lead us through to a satisfactory conclusion. She was very nice and and very helpful.

The stress has been eliminated and the agent I spoke to solve the problem and record time.

The first tech, Scott, was unable to find my coffee maker model number. He tried to help, but his suggestions were for another model. Then he just left me. Jeff was great. He too had trouble identifying the model, so I don't blame Scott for the difficulty he had. When I was able to explain how my coffee maker works, Jeff very patiently gave me detailed instructions on how to try to fix it. I'll try.
