Awful.
The technician took way too long to answer. This site is actually a scam or a ripoff. I want nothing to do with it again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Oh you be honest I waited for a call to help me with the Xfinity bill that Xfinity told me would call and then they act like they don't know what I'm talking about told me to call at 1-800 number that I did 30 minutes ago please go get a real job
