In a short time, about 1/2 hr, my problem was fixed. T-Mobile took 3 hrs, with no result. Samsung after 5 hrs hung up on me. Google sent me to Just Answer. The person who helped me was polite, thorough, understanding and got the problem fixed! My only concern was that though I had agreed to pay $5 for the service, I was charged an additional $40 for a "membership". I cancelled the membership right away. Though I feel mislead, I feel the extra $40 was worth getting my problem fixed.

I was connected to Just Answer by mistake.
I was connected to Just Answer by mistake, believing I was about to discuss my technical issue with a technicial rep from the Rogers/Shaw provider I subscribe to. Matt was very nice and knew what he was doing, but we both knew he couldn't help me. I'm also a fairly experienced technician, and needed internet connectivity advice related to a Shaw modem and a tp-link router which doesn't provide the internet connectivity it should. There was nothing Matt could do, but I got charged C$70 for a fruitless conversation which I did not expect. Not cool, at all.
