I had not received an order confirmation nor shipping info from Etsy. Your great folks were able to get those two items corrected. I’m still waiting for arrival of the table base from Etsy. Stated arrival window is 8/15-8/19. Will let you know when it arrives!

Very professional and curtious

I was unwittingly transferred from Whirlpool to JustAnswer. Paid $5. The techie was informative but not possible to solve my problem. I did NOT INTEND TO SIGN UP FOR $48/month automatic payments. I think I was able to cancel ongoing with JustAnswer but it's VERY TIME CONSUMING to confirm how much I was actually charged.
