Thank you! Pearl was the first person I was in contact with. I appreciate her patience in chatting with me as I was frustrated. She made sure she understood the issue and then researched the right Tech person to help. Nathan was our Tech person and he was wonderful. I'm very grateful for both Pearl and Nathan. Scott instructed me in techniques and processes to take to see if we could correct the issues with the washing machine
Scott had me try several different things in order to reset my washing machine. He was so helpful and despite all the great hints, we were unable to correct the problem. He referred me to an appliance repair service, and last night—a Friday night—I was able to call and text and set up an appointment with the call assistant at the appliance repair company. He could not have been nicer and more patient with all the questions I asked. He carefully listened to the issues I was having with the washing machine. I was very fortunate that he was the one who answered my call!!!

The technician explained what was wrong…
The technician explained what was wrong with my dishwasher and referred me to a repair company. However, I was charged a $48.00 membership fee without being told before receiving the phone call.
