The people who answered the call were very pleasant and took information and then said just wait a bit and a technician would talk to me. I waited and no one came on. I phoned again and had a very helpful person, l told her what happened and she said don’t worry, l will connect you to a technician. I went to the page and noticed he left instructions, which l had already tried. No help from him! Phoned two more times got the polite and wanted to help, however, no technician talked to me, there was just the same answer there, from the first call.?Very professional and pleasant to talk to, they listened to what l said and couldn’t believed no technician had talked to me!!
