Bot & Technician good, Just Answer attempt to get me into a recurring subscription bad.
The Bot was efficient and summarized the issue well. The technician was responsive. I was told the answer would cost $5.00. Yet, when I went to pay it via Paypal it showed as $48.00. I am aware that Just Answer tries to initiate a recurring subscription model. Not what I sought and remembered they do that. So, I asked the technician for a link to cancel the subscription and also told the BOT the same. the BOT then said the subscription was canceled but I had access to Just Answer for a month. That tells me I have to call in to be sure the $48.00 was not charged instead of $5.00 I will want $42.00 refunded to my Paypal account credit card.
