The fact that both people I dealt with (Pearl & Malek) spoke slow and clearly. My past head injuries are slowly taking a toll on my comprehension. Both technicians accomodated me very well. Their attatude is great.

I had to get information that would help me with making the right decision on which document would be the right choice. The advantages of each choice was defined.
