Got right to the issue, no problems.

It was very helpful but not worth $48 per month to me. I actually worked it out with Hulu prior to her response, though it was the correct answer. I thought I had Hulu on my chat when I discovered it was a third party (you) charging me for the privilege of an answer.

The expert was able to tell me how to fix the low flow problem. My son in law will come help me detach the hoses so I can clean the screens. Thank you.

The technical who assisted me this morning was very patient and was able to direct me to a link which he provided for me. Although we needed extra support from a different department, he was able to provide for me the phone contact I required to solve the issue……and the issue has been solved completely!
