The add promoting the fee make a $5 fee obvious but the additional $65 upfront charge makes your charges $25 higher than Geek Squad. In the end the technician seemed to be reading from the same online diagnostics I had previously used, and advised me no better than the online tools I had used myself. Definitely not worth the fees.

Pure scammers- In Dec 2025, through an online portal they asked for my credit card number, then immediately charged me $8.00, then said they had no idea how to answer my question, then processed a $69.00 monthly membership fee without my permission. When I complained about the $69.00 fee they reversed it. Then In Jan '26 they processed another $69.00 fee onto my credit card. What a B/S Company.
