Clear directions and correct follow-up

I appreciated the detailed instructions from the technician that helped me! He was also very courteous! I have yet to follow through and figure out exactly what it is that needs to be replaced, but I’m on the right track! I would definitely use these guys again!

What I didn't like was the fact that I Googled for Samsung Support and the first thing that came up was your website, which i didn'trealize until i spent 5 minutes answering question about my issue and I should give you five fully refundable dollars. I thought that I had clicked on the Samsung website. I guess that's my bad. But when it went to your website you should make it clear with a nice big banner saying "welcome to this paid service." I had no idea you were actually ask an expert online and not the Samsung support.

I don't know up front how much the rate will be that I will be charged, other than the $5.00 join fee. Also, I could not connect by phone with the tech agent. We had to communicate in chat because the phone call would not connect. However, the tech agent did a good job explaining what the problem was. He typed in possible solutions, which ended up being that my best option was to wait until an app's subscription expired.
