I asked a specific question and was told to pay the $5 fee. After paying I was put back with the chat that asked me the same questions again. The company was askantiqueexperts.com I requested a refund. I was then contacted by my credit card company that two charges were attempted for $55 and one went through. I' had to cancel my credit card and I'm disputing the charges as I never received an answer to my question. After several phone calls, I finally got my $55 back never got an answer to my question and was first told it was non refundable.
