The fact that the service is available is fantastic. I am aware that a proper assessment is not possible over the phone but having a doctor and nurse listen and make suggestions is much appreciated.

Clear instruction and understandable.

I immediately called his doctor and have now arranged his testing and labs for next week! We are now waiting for the surgeon to set the date for surgery!

He was patient, he listens and answer every question.

First doc was ok (3)but didn't give me any real solution...second Doc was very helpful.(5)..gave me possible ways to help with correcting issue being addressed.....

The expert (an internist) was extremely helpful and empathetic with my issue/questions. I would have given the overall experience 5 stars, but fell victim to the fact that the service actually charges your card $46 (in addition to the $1 "free" access) as a recurring monthly membership fee. Fingers crossed they refund my money, because that charge was NOT made clear when I gave them my credit card and I would not have engaged the service if I'd known.

I received a detailed prescription and it worked just as promised. I'm so glad I used this service because it would have cost me a lot more to schedule an office visit with a dermatologist and I probably would have had to wait weeks for an appointment. I'll definitely be using Askadoctor again!!
