I GOT A VERY QUICK RESPONSE
I GOT A VERY QUICK RESPONSE. THE RESPONSE WAS FROM RAFEL AND HE WAS COMPASSIONATE. I DECIDED THAT I NEEDED TO BE IN A BETTER EMOTIONAL PLACE TO START THERAPY AND HE UNDERSTOOD AND HE SAID THAT I COULD COME BACK ANY TIME. SO I NEVER HAD THERAPY YET BECAUSE IF MY DOING NOT HIS.

Got a prompt
Got a prompt, professional response. I had a situation on a holiday weekend that could have been a big problem. The dentist carefully worked through the issue with me, and helped to determine that the situation was not an emergency. It could wait a couple of days until after the holiday. It probably saved me a trip to the emergency room.
