Great help. Very fast and effective

She zeroed in on my health condition with only 4 details Age, hydration, prior parathyroid surgery and continued stone formation and I wasn’t even there for that exactly I just wanted help with a urine test strip and see if I need lab work. But she affirmed my ENT’s assertion I may have a genetic disorder before we had even been talking two minutes. I’m still struggling to find care in Canada but she provided details on how to contact mayo clinic. I really appreciate her time and experience.

This company is a scam. I was told the charge for answering a question was $5, which I agreed to. When I checked my credit card account, I saw that I was charged $46! Now, I must alert the public of this scamming by “Ask the Doctor” because it is deceitful and time-consuming to address and correct this advertising prevarication. It was a little tedious filling out info you required. And the initialm$5 rate was clear but I was not I firmed about the additional $46 fee for talking to Dr. I knew there would be a fee but was not given the exact amount. I’m also worried about my credit card bring in your system as the Dr mention something about the app not being secured. Could you please follow up with me about my credit card which is now in your system!
