I feel super depressed and low all the time I need some sort of antidepressant that can go along with the Abilify that I’m taking. I’m going to go into the walk-in clinic today and hopefully get a prescription written. All of my life I’ve been super depressed and I can’t seem to be happy with who I am and with what I’ve accomplished because so many so many years of my life, I was in a state of stupor I feel like a child still with no knowledge of the basic things in life even eating feels pointless I need ceratonin and dopamine supplements as all my life I’ve been depressed so I substituted with weed and alcohol but I’m done I need to be happy with the simple things in life

Doctor was very knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and kind. By the end of the call, I had a clear understanding of what my husband was going through and possible causes.

I liked that the assistant knew the right questions to ask. I liked that it was an easy process. I didn't like how the $46 monthly membership fee was not included in the actual conversation. The assistant in the chat mentioned the one time $5 charge but never mentioned the other. It's only the tiny print next to the payment button, outside of the actual chat, that tells you about the $46 monthly fee. I feel confident that they could have answered my medical questions but, if you're going to talk about price in the chat, you need to also talk about the monthly fee. Don't just put that in tiny print on a completely different part of the page. I would have gladly payed $50 to have my questions answered but I passed up the opportunity to talk to one of their doctors out of principle. That's deceptive. Sure all the information is on the page but it's not in the chat where people's focus is and it's also in much much smaller text.

My experience is like many of the one star reviews. I agreed to be charged $5 but was charged the $46 for the monthly service. This is deceptive and not what any of us agreed to. The sound quality of the call with the Dr was awful and we both had to repeat ourselves. However, he did give some good advice
