I really appreciate the phone call. It gives me a chance to talk directly to the doctor, ask questions and confirm what was said. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable, caring, listened to my concerns, not a hurried conversation and gave me positive feedback.

Prompt reaction and suggested diagnosis. Advice on moving quickly to hospital. Outcome if not acted on very soon could have been horrible. Complete bowel blockage and could have turned nasty very quickly.

Too easy to pay but I think hopefully I’ll get my money back… I wanted a prescription which they don’t do- they come up in a google search with big ads and it’s easy to join - I didn’t even realise I joined a membership there and I got billed quick smart … not for scripts .
