Because I was being heard, and my specific needs were being addressed. The Good-Doctor was patient, kind in his explanation and made sure that I fully understood what could be done and what would be advisable to do. I appreciate this service, thank you for making it available. It would have been nice if my PCP would have responded to my needs then I wouldn't have had to go this route.

The way this chat service works is very misleading. At first you talk to a “doctors assistant” which I suspect is an automated or AI chat, however I could be wrong. The chat with this assistant then ends and they ask you to fill out a form and pay a £1 fee which will be refunded later while they connect you to a specialist. Don’t be fooled by this, as it’s very misleading. The “£1 fee” that you pay does get fully refunded, however if you read the small text under, it says by pressing the “confirm” button to buy, you’re also consenting to pay another £39 monthly subscription fee for their membership. So you’re actually charged £40 in total, but it’s VERY unclear that that is what they are doing and I only noticed as I chose to pay with Apple Pay and it told me I was being charged £40. I never payed the fee, so I’m not sure if the service is actually legitimate, if you’re willing to risk it and spend £40 for a chat with a specialist which might not even be real then go for it. But I wouldn’t trust them.
