I felt heard
Quick responses, great follow up questions- I felt more heard as a patient here then I do with an IRL doctor, I appreciated the given guidance on what to do next and what questions I can ask my own providers. Very helpful, very good advice.

He was very helpful and we went through all the pieces and even though it’s still not working, I’ve decided to get another printer. They’re not that expensive and I’m sure I can offload the toner on somebody else

I was connected to a doctor really fast…
I was connected to a doctor really fast and even though I used the online chat instead of a phone call, the doctor still responded to my health concern and answered all of my questions really quickly and efficiently.
