I feel so that you provided the best care that my son or I have received in a long time!!! I have very little faith in our healthcare system! It started going downhill prior but after Covid hit in 2018 it deteriorated quickly-seems like the people who genuinely wanted to “help people” retired/left-and a bunch of people who saw only dollar signs jumped into the field for entirely different reasons! Do I need to mention what the new HIPPA laws have done….government, Big Pharma, politicians(not docs) and anyone else I left out-have TOTALLY DONE AWAY WITH CONTINUITY OF CARE!!!!! People are more concerned about getting sued than providing basic, good,sound medical care! I can’t believe that I got the care my son desperately needed from an app that I downloaded!! I in no way mean to minimize all of the planning, thought, networking your company has done,and I thank you and commend you for excellent care he received

The doctor provided details about what to look out for and how to read the results of tests that were done.

Anthem BCBS no longer offers a 24/7 triage nurse (now, only weekdays/standard hours). Could not get the weekend pharmacist to address my issue at all. Very helpful to get professional advice from you.

It was quick and easy. Both the nurse assistant and the doctor were great!

The Dr. suggested an over the counter drug and increased dosage. I was reminded by him that I was told by my family Dr that I cld take the increased dosage
