The format made it easy to come up with questions and responses were well worded. If this is AI, it's great for people like me who aren't sure if we are telling things to be understood. It means I didn't have to find, meet with and more with an attorney unless I have follow thru to do in person. I like the program and knowing there was a person at the other end taking me seriously. This site was an expensive waste a time. At the very beginning I outlined that we had already been to the After Hours Doctor service and because of the time of the year were unable to get an appointment. After over an hour, with 10-15 minutes of waiting in between answering the doctors questions each time, the answer was to go to the After Hours Doctors Service. And we were charged an large amount of money for this very unhelpful advice.
