The experience was good overall. However, it was a lo confusing when they sent me from the cvs platform to the just answer app.

I thought it was really helpful . Luckily I saw my Dr the next day and he helped me with immediate care as the ER was packed and with a low count I couldn't go and sit there

Questions and Concerns were taken seriously and answered promptly while providing medical care without having to take my 88 mother out in the cold and create further complications.

I felt the assistant and the doctor understood my concerns, and asked me more questions to get to the bottom of it. I believe I am on the right track to get these symptoms to disappear.

Great assist. It took a bit but over all satisfied. Hope there is no recurring charge with a one time assist. A bit pricey yet convenient when primary physician not available
