I was unable to get an appointment to see an ENT for several weeks, when I expressed my concerns it was a more urgent issue I was always dismissed. I found your service while searching online for help. The doctor was very helpful, reassuring me my concerns were valid and to stay firm with my request. I found a doctor and scheduled an appointment for the very next day where my issue was treated immediately. Thank you!

We understood that we would be receiving a phone call. Therefore I kept the phone in my pocket as I moved around the house. Apparently I needed to stay by my computer to accept the call and missed the call. Shortly after we were contacted by Dr. Shah who addressed our concerns clearly and thoroughly via chat.
