The price for the services was… $241.oo
The price for the services was reasonable. The personnel whom I dealt with were professional, courteous and friendly--each impressing us with doing their work well and as promised. We were well pleased with their work for us, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Tom George

ASAP did not follow through as promised. My family paid for a porta potty on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. Late Thursday afternoon, we received a message that the porta potty would not be delivered. Unbeknownst to me, this company actually contracts companies out. This was not disclosed up front, but they were quick to charge my card before making sure they delivered on their promise to provide a porta potty.

We apologize for any inconvenience for this rental. I've asked Trustpilot for more info in this regards so that it can be reviewed operationally. *edit* Thanks for providing the additional information. I do apologize that we did not have sufficent inventory to cover your order. We tried to reach out to additional vendors as well to provide a solution. We were unable to reach anyone with the area of service. The order was marked as overbook on Thursday and full refund was processed immediately. That initial charge for the order is held in earnest to hold a reservation. Sincerely, Team ASAP #1174426 OB

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. When I ordered a rolloff I needed it for a 3 month project. They picked up the dumpster once on the second week to empty it and they brough it back then on week 4 they picked up the rolloff and never brought it back. Then I had to call them to get a new rolloff and they charged me again for a whole new order. They then bring me out another rolloff and then they picked it up in 6 days and did not return it. So in 30 days I paid over $1,200 for a roll off. I ordered another rolloff from another company and am now paying $480 a month. ASAP is a rip off and a fraudulent company. To address your response.... Please post the notes on the account for everyone to see. You will see on the notes in your system that this was called in for a 3 month project not for the pickup days/dates that you reported and claim "as ordered". Onces again. ASAP customer service is a joke and so is their service. Complete rip off.

Patrick, (Edit response) I apologize for any inconvenience these orders maybe have caused you. I'm working to pull and listen to the sales call and edit this reply to be completely transparent with both you and readers alike. I re-sent the order receipt(s) to your attention as well. Initial reply 4/21: Your first order was input as 3/7 delivery with a 3/21 pre-removal, your second order was input as 4/6 and pre-removal 4/12. Both of those pre-removals were executed as ordered. Work orders #1163518 & #1144436. The base dumpster price from us is $417.92. The dumpster extra days for rental and the debris tonnage are variable cost base on what you remove from the job site and how long you keep the unit on the site. Sincerely, Team ASAP
