If you're looking to be constantly gaslit and lied to, this is the company you want. Not only were our portable toilets delivered a day late, they tried to shift the blame on us saying we did not follow up. My call logs show 14+ calls to the company that day which I will happily supply to anyone who wants to verify if I followed up. They then tried to say we only ordered one portable toilet when screenshots I provided showed two were ordered and confirmed. PS - we only received one portable toilet unit though they said the second one was delivered. They then proceed to call me at 6 am on a Monday morning to pick up the dumpster we ordered. 1. It is illegal to call someone at 6 am for a business matter. 2. Their delivery/pick up times are 7-7 but they are trying to blame us for not being ready outside their delivery times. United never delivered our order or refunded us and I would still rather work with them than this company. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I apologize to hear about your rental experience with regards to the toilet and dumpster rental. The rental ID tied to your review is a roll off dumpster, but I was able to research and see your toilet unit as well. I have credited the delivery fee for the toilet which reduced the balance due on the dumpster. I'll send another copy of that credit for your records. The portable toilet unit was reported not delivered on Saturday and there were multiple calls between us and yourself in rectifying that issue. Our support staff found a solution and I show a single unit was delivered that Saturday before your event. Your toilet order product was initially selected for a unit with a built in sink and an ADA handicap unit. Your e-mail response to us as I quote "we will do one standard event rental" which was the product delivered subsequently late as I apologize for that tardiness. Regarding the phone call the driver made early Monday morning headed to pick up your unit. The dumpster was ordered for removal on Monday 5/2. This was a driver courtesy call that he was on his way to ensure the unit was not blocked and would be removed per the order scope. Sincerely, Team ASAP
