I requested a Porta John on Friday. Delivery was prompt for Monday morning. Monday afternoon I called because it had not arrived. The woman I talked to was irritated with my complaint and told me that delivery was a 12 hour window and that delivery would be by 7 pm That evening. Tuesday mid-morning, no delivery. I called and cancelled the order that Tuesday morning. For over a week up to time of this writing, I continue to get emails about the order even though it has been cancelled. Poor service. Very unprofessional bordering on incompetent.

i called this company to see if they could service my area. They tool my info and said they would have a port o potty delivered to my house the next day. i get a text message the next day saying they over booked and dont service my area. i asked that question in the beginning of the conversation. i like to support local businesses but i guess this business wont take mine.

We ordered portable toilets for our event in July. Courtney was very helpful. We also wanted to order portable showers but she wasn't able herself to help so we are waiting for a call back

Easy online ordering and quick communication from the staff. I ended up having to cancel my order, but they were quick to respond and the whole process was really simple.

Great that they can provide service to a remote area. Highly responsive to phone contacts. Would definitely use again. Regrets only that they had to change original order for a flushable unit down to a standard toilet due to available stock.
